Stayed for 3 nights with my spouse. Beds were being big enough and the room was always pretty clean. Staff members were really handy and pleasant and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom was clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not an incredibly social hotel at least during our stay.

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. Staff are tremendous welcoming and handy and speak good English. You will find activities every single night time and it´s an excellent way to socializing with persons. Rooms and services are good and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s quite small. Fantastic quality for the price!

I have stayed for seven days with my fiance. Beds were comfy and the room was constantly pretty clean. The employees were pretty helpful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. Not an extremely social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Good hotel, anything is nearby. Team are tremendous welcoming and useful and speak excellent English. There are activities every night and it´s an excellent way to meet people. This hotel was truly centrally situated and the personnel in the reception were there at any time. The beds had been comfortable and the other guests have been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Pretty great hotel and good location. Surely will endorse Mercure Hotel Amsterdam West!
